How does team billing work?
Team plans are billed as a single annual invoice for the whole seat block, so there's one payment instead of separate individual subscriptions to track and expense.
Can we add or remove seats later?
Yes. Admins can adjust seats as the team grows from the dashboard, and changes are prorated against your current billing cycle.
Does everyone get their own login?
Yes. Every team member receives their own individual account rather than a shared login, so reading history and preferences stay personal.
What if we already have individual subscriptions?
We'll credit the remaining value of any existing individual subscriptions on your team toward your first year on a team plan.
What does the admin dashboard let us manage?
Admins can invite and remove team members, reassign seats, view billing history, and see high-level usage across the team from a single dashboard.
Can we cancel or downgrade later?
Team plans renew annually and can be adjusted or cancelled ahead of renewal – just reach out to [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
