Sachin Dev Duggal, founder of collapsed QIA-backed unicorn Builder.ai, has returned with a new Dubai-based artificial intelligence company little more than a year after his former startup entered insolvency.
SeKondBrain formally launched this week with Kemory, a service that stores a user’s accumulated context separately from the underlying AI model, allowing compatible systems to retrieve the same information as the user moves between services such as ChatGPT and Claude. The launch was first reported this week by Pathfounders.
Kemory stores information separately from the underlying model, allowing compatible AI clients to retrieve and add to the same pool of context through Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol. SeKondBrain’s documentation currently lists connections for Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Manus, alongside a range of coding tools, while its Kora browser extension can capture conversations from several AI services and feed them into the same memory store.
Duggal said this week that his own account contained more than 18,000 memories across more than 1,300 namespaces, and pushed back on the idea that the browser extension itself was the product, describing it instead as one route into Kemory alongside MCP, APIs and command-line tools.
SeKondBrain AI Labs Limited was incorporated in the UK on October 23, 2025.
