Stake, the Dubai-based digital real estate investment platform, has closed an oversubscribed $31 million Series B round led by Emirates NBD, bringing total funding to $58 million.
The round also drew participation from Mubadala Investment Company's MENA Venture Capital Fund, Middle East Venture Partners, Property Finder, STV NICE, Wa'ed Ventures, GFH Partners, and Ellington Properties.
Founded by Rami Tabbara, Manar Mahmassani and Ricardo Brizido, Stake enables investors to access fractional and full ownership of real estate across borders through a regulated fintech platform. The company now serves more than two million users from over 211 nationalities across 181 countries, and claims a GMV CAGR exceeding 130% and revenue CAGR above 100% over the past three years.
Saudi Arabia has become Stake's most immediate growth market. In Q4 2024, the company became the first CMA-regulated investment platform to open the Kingdom's property market to global investors. It has since closed three real estate funds in Saudi Arabia, attracting 6,930 international investors and channelling more than SAR 416 million into local real estate.
"Saudi Arabia is a strategic growth market for us, and this round allows us to deepen our investment in the Kingdom by expanding our local capabilities and scaling our CMA-regulated offering to meet growing demand from both regional and international investors," said Mahmassani.
Beyond the GCC, Stake expanded into U.S. industrial real estate in October 2025. That same month, the company launched StakeOne, a product digitising access to full property ownership and after-sales asset management for premium Dubai properties from developers including Emaar, Ellington Properties, and Dubai Holding.
Stake is also advancing regulated tokenisation of real estate in collaboration with Property Finder, having received In-Principle Approval from Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority.
The proceeds will be used to scale across existing and new markets, expand product capabilities, and build out infrastructure for cross-border real estate investment.
