Egypt-based iVoiceUp, an AI-powered ethics and whistleblowing case management platform, has closed an investment round led by regional venture capital firm A15, as it looks to accelerate expansion across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Founded in 2019 by Ahmed Genedy, iVoiceUp provides organisations with a digital system to detect, manage and analyse ethical and compliance violations before they escalate. The platform covers a broad range of use cases, from financial misconduct such as fraud, corruption and embezzlement, to workplace issues including harassment, discrimination and abuse.

The company positions itself as an enterprise-grade ethics and compliance infrastructure layer, particularly suited to organisations with distributed operations. Its tools are used by senior management, private equity funds and family offices to maintain visibility over compliance risks across subsidiaries, branches and portfolio companies.

iVoiceUp says it already supports more than one million users across blue-chip organisations in the region. The platform is designed to be accessible to both white-collar and blue-collar workforces, allowing employees and suppliers to submit reports anonymously without fear of retaliation. Features include voice pitch changing, two-way anonymous communication, and an AI-powered investigator assistant that helps analyse sentiment and prioritise cases.

“A15 is known for investing in founders who use technology not just to grow markets but to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives,” said Karim Beshara, Managing Partner at A15. “iVoiceUp embodies that vision. They are transforming compliance while empowering people to speak up without fear.”

The new funding will be used to deepen iVoiceUp’s presence across the MENA region and to roll out advanced capabilities. These include anonymous video interviewing, a feature the company says is an industry first in the region, where AI-generated avatars mirror real-time facial expressions to allow face-to-face investigative interaction without revealing the identity of the speaker.

“This investment marks a pivotal step for iVoiceUp,” said Genedy, co-founder and managing director. “We are building a future where every voice matters and every organisation listens. With A15’s support, we are positioned to scale our impact and make ethics and transparency a core part of how modern organisations operate in the region.”

As regulatory scrutiny and corporate governance expectations rise across the Middle East, iVoiceUp is betting that demand for AI-driven compliance infrastructure will continue to grow, particularly among large enterprises and investment firms managing increasingly complex regional footprints.
