Endeavor Jordan has named Tamer Al‑Salah as its new Managing Director, effective August 1.
Al‑Salah returns to the organisation where he began his career in entrepreneurship support, later holding roles at the EBRD and serving as MD of Beyond Capital – a 2017 partnership between Endeavor Jordan and Silicon Badia aimed at strengthening Jordan’s startup and investment ecosystem.
“His deep understanding of the local ecosystem, coupled with his strategic leadership and firsthand experience supporting high‑impact entrepreneurs, makes him the ideal person to lead the next chapter of Endeavor Jordan,” said Chairman Samer Al Aloul.
Al‑Salah holds a Master’s in International Business & Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex and a Bachelor’s in MIS from NYIT.
“I’m honoured to return to the organisation where I first developed my passion for supporting entrepreneurs,” he said.
As MD, he will oversee strategic direction, operations, and expansion as Endeavor Jordan works to scale the country’s most promising entrepreneurs.
