Saudi Arabia-based wealth management platform Vennre, which also operates in the UK, has raised $9.6 million in a pre-Series A funding round through a hybrid equity and debt structure, bringing its total funding to approximately $11 million.
The round was co-led by Vision Ventures and anb seed Fund, with participation from Sanabil 500, Ace & Co, Plus VC, and a group of strategic individual investors from the private banking, technology, and entrepreneurship sectors.
Founded by Ziad Mabsout, Anas Halabi, and Abdulrahman AlMalik, Vennre is focused on giving high-earning professionals access to private market investment opportunities that have traditionally been reserved for institutional investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. The platform offers curated and vetted deals across real estate, private equity, venture capital, and private credit, with minimum investments starting at around $5,000. Select offerings are structured to be Sharia-compliant.
Vennre positions itself around serving HENRYs, high earners not rich yet, a segment that often has disposable income but limited access to private markets due to high minimums, opaque structures, and fragmented deal flow. The platform combines technology with in-house due diligence to simplify access to alternative assets while emphasising transparency and long-term wealth creation over transactional investing.
The company currently operates across Saudi Arabia and the UK, has more than 2,000 registered users, and has facilitated over $40 million in transaction value across its platform to date. It has also recently appointed Dr. Ibrahim AlMojel as Chairman of its Saudi board, signalling a deeper focus on the Saudi market.
Ziad Mabsout, CEO and co-founder of Vennre, said the platform was built in response to a clear gap in the market, where high-income professionals lack structured tools to compound wealth over the long term. He noted that the company is focused on building a disciplined wealth platform rather than a marketplace for one-off deals.
The new capital will be used to expand Vennre’s client base, launch additional platform features, and deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia, as financial sector liberalisation and private market participation continue to accelerate under Vision 2030.
